10 ways to do life better

It’s Mental Health Awareness Month in October. It’s not just for people like me. It’s for everyone. Even you. We could all do with some great tips on how to manage our stress levels so I’m focusing on the one that says “Say NO when you need to.” It’s quite liberating! Which one appeals the most to you?
